Once your date is confirmed, a $50 deposit is due at time of booking. Remaining rental balance is due 5 days before the event. Venmo, Zelle, cash, and checks are accepted.
Deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs at least 5 days before the event date.
If inclement weather occurs, the deposit/payments will be refunded or we can rebook for another date.
The deposit will be applied to the cost of your rental.
Rentals more than 20 miles from our location may incur a deliver fee.
Renter agrees to not rip, tear, climb, smoke in or damage equipment in any way.
Renter agrees to cover repair or replacement costs that occur from damages beyond normal use.
Pop-Up Party, LLC shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries arising from the equipment rental.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pop-Up Party, LLC from any claims, costs or liabilities resulting from the event.
The client is responsible for any permits or permissions needed for the event.
